By purchasing from Kurafeel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Kurafeel recognizes that the security of your personal information when using our website is of great importance. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
2. When you register on our site, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name and contact information.
3. Kurafeel will safeguard your personal information. Under no circumstances will we disclose or share your information with any unauthorized third‑party.

PAYMENT & ORDER

1. Currently, for safety and convenience, we primarily accept credit card and PayPal as our main payment methods.
2. Orders will be shipped within 3‑5 business days upon receipt of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You may also check it on the order status page. Orders can be delivered to your shipping address for most regions worldwide.

Please track your parcel status using the tracking number provided in the email. If you do not receive your parcel within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact your local postal service for assistance.

PRICES, ORDERS AND TAXES

Product Prices

All product prices listed on our Services are exclusive of shipping fees and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address you provide during the ordering process. The final total amount will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

Returns and Refunds

If a return or refund request is approved, any taxes paid on the original order will be refunded in accordance with our Return Policy.

Tax Rates

1. United States
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address within the U.S. and may include applicable state, county, and local‑jurisdiction taxes. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout in accordance with the applicable tax rates.

2. Canada
Orders delivered to Canada from outside the country may incur import‑related GST, PST, HST, QST or customs duties upon customs clearance. All such import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by Canadian customs. We do not charge Canadian provincial sales taxes at checkout.

3. Other Countries & Regions

For orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada, import‑related VAT, GST, customs duties or other local levies may apply upon arrival, subject to the tax regulations of the destination country or region. All such import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by local customs authorities. We do not calculate or collect destination‑country sales or VAT taxes at checkout.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Kurafeel strives for accuracy and intends for the colors, designs, and styles of products shown on this site to reflect the corresponding physical‑product characteristics.
2. However, Kurafeel does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or any other Kurafeel‑provided content are accurate, complete, reliable, up‑to‑date, or error‑free. Variations may occur due to technical, typographical, digital display, or photographic factors.
3. The actual colors and "look and feel" you observe on the Kurafeel site are subject to your computer monitor settings and other technical factors.
4. If a product offered by Kurafeel itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All Kurafeel‑branded products carry a defect‑repair guarantee valid for 99 days from the invoice date. Except as expressly stated herein, Kurafeel disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Kurafeel site.
5. You agree that Kurafeel’s sole and exclusive maximum liability arising from any product sold on the Kurafeel site shall be limited to the price of the ordered product.
6. In no event shall Kurafeel, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages in connection with products sold.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER CONTENT

1. Validity of Uploaded Content
   By submitting any content to our platform — including images, text, graphics, names, or other creative materials ("User Content") — you confirm that you either hold all relevant rights or have obtained proper authorization to use such content. This applies to any third‑party content such as logos, quotations, or photographs. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads comply with all applicable copyright, trademark and other relevant laws. While we maintain a platform review mechanism, we do not guarantee the complete identification of all infringing or unlawful content.
   
2. Responsibility and Liability
   We assume no liability for any content uploaded by you. You shall be fully responsible for your User Content. In the event any claim, dispute, or legal proceeding arises as a result of your User Content infringing upon third‑party rights, you agree to resolve such matter and indemnify and hold us harmless from all losses and damages arising out of such infringement‑related claims, together with all associated costs including reasonable attorney‑fees.
   
3. Our Rights to Moderate Content
   We deeply respect creative works and intellectual property rights, and expect our users to do the same. To maintain a safe and trustworthy platform environment, should our platform‑review mechanism identify your uploaded content that may violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual‑property rights, or breach our Terms of Service, we will notify you and provide you with an opportunity to revise or replace such content. Failure to comply with required modification requests may result in immediate removal of the content, as well as suspension or termination of your account access. While we prefer to avoid such actions, these measures are implemented to safeguard the integrity of our platform and the community we serve.
   

MOBILE SERVICE TERMS

Note: This SMS‑text‑messaging program is currently not active. These terms are provided for informational purposes and shall take effect only if we launch our text‑message service in the future.

1. By consenting to Kurafeel’s SMS/text‑messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kurafeel via your wireless carrier at the mobile number you have provided. Such messages may include advertisements, marketing content, news, service updates, and other communications from or on behalf of Kurafeel, notwithstanding whether your mobile number is listed on any state or federal Do‑Not‑Call registry. You acknowledge that enrollment in this messaging program is not required to complete purchases, and your consent shall not constitute a condition‑precedent for any purchase from Kurafeel. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

2. We do not impose fees for the Service; however, you shall be responsible for all text‑messaging‑related charges assessed by your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please review your mobile service plan and contact your wireless carrier for further details.

3. You may opt‑out of receiving SMS/MMS text messages under this Program by replying with the keyword STOP to any message you receive from this Program.

4. For Program‑related support or assistance, text the keyword HELP to the short‑code or number from which you receive our text messages.

5. Please note that we may modify any short‑code or telephone number used to operate this Program at any time upon providing notice to you. You acknowledge that any messages — including STOP or HELP opt‑out or assistance requests — sent to a short‑code or telephone number that we have changed may not be received by us, and we shall bear no responsibility for acting upon such requests.

6. Wireless carriers supporting this Service shall not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile telephone number. Should you obtain a new mobile number, you will be required to re‑enroll in this Program using your new number.

7. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we shall not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information transmitted via the Service, any inaccuracies contained within such information, and/or any actions taken or omitted by you in reliance upon such information or the Service. Neither we, our vendors, nor any wireless carrier shall be liable for failed, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.

8. Pursuant to the Texas Business and Commerce Code, we are prohibited from sending marketing text messages to residents of Texas. To comply with this statutory requirement, we implement filtering measures — including screening based on telephone area codes, physical addresses, and IP addresses — to exclude users identified as located within Texas. Please note, however, that such filtering methods may not be completely exhaustive.
   If you are a Texas resident and believe you have received a marketing text message from us in error, please contact us by email at support@kurafeelgift.com for prompt resolution of the matter.

RETURN POLICY

1. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. For defective products, we provide a 99‑day refund‑or‑replacement guarantee commencing on the date of delivery.
2. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to revise or cancel such order. Orders in this status shall be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
